Celebrating Christmas at the Library

Christmas time is here as is the Shellbrook Public Library's Christmas Book and Calendar Sale. Children's Story Time has two more exciting occupations to cover before the Christmas and January break and the Library has holiday hours to announce.

If searching for gifts for the reader in your family consider visiting the Library to browse the selection of gently used books on sale. There is also an unprecedented amount of VHS available for the film lover. Perfectly priced at a good will donation to the Library, the selection is refreshed weekly with new items. The Library is again selling calendars for $5. Pick one up for yourself and as the perfect gift for those organized persons (or those unorganized persons) on your gift list. Supplies are limited so hurry in to get yours.

Children's Story Time’s Fall Session is wrapping up in December. Following our theme of "When I Grow Up I Want to Be" we will explore 'J is for Juggler' on December 10 and 'K is for King' on December 17. December 17 is the last Story Time of 2010 which will resume in the new year of 2011 on February 4.

For the holidays Shellbrook Public Library will be closed on: Thursday December 23, Friday December 24, Thursday December 30, and Friday December 31. Regular hours are Monday 2:00pm - 6:30pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 2:00pm - 8:00pm, Thursday 2:00pm - 6:30pm, and Friday 10:00am - 4:00pm.
