Fall into Reading at the Shellbrook Library

The start of fall means the start of the Shellbrook Public Library's Children's Story Time starting Friday, October 1st.

Children's Story Time is held on Friday's at 10:30 am and is open to all young children and their parents with no registration required. This year's Story Time theme is “Alphabet Jobs" such as “A is for Astronaut.” The Library is still searching for volunteers interested in reading to the children of the books provided. If you would like to volunteer for a single Friday or two, call the Library at 747-3419 to volunteer. Susan Slemming will be providing crafts but if anyone, again is interested in volunteering their craft skills for a Friday or more, the Library welcomes your call.

The librarian's camera, a silver colored Panasonic Lumix ZS5, is still missing and the librarian would be most grateful if anyone can recall where it might have gone as it has the photographs of Smokey Bear's visit on August 26th.
